Proof of Vaccination

Proof of vaccination and valid identification is required for those aged 12 and older to visit the museum.

In order to be considered fully vaccinated, you must have received your final shot (not including boosters) at least 14 days before your visit.

You can show either of the following as proof:

  • A vaccination certificate and identification that has your name and date of birth. As a new requirement, the certificate must have a valid QR code that was issued by the appropriate province or territory.
  • A vaccination passport and identification that has your name and date of birth.

The museum will use these methods to check your proof of vaccination:

  • The Government of Ontario vaccination app (Verify Ontario) to scan the QR code on your certificate or passport
  • A visual check of your identification.

COVID-19 Contact Tracing for Groups

Complete this form (PDF) and email to reservations@nature.ca at least two business days before the date of the visit. Download and save the form in order to fill it out using your computer.

Café and Eating Areas

  • Vending machines are available with a selection of beverages and light snacks. Nature Café is closed.
  • You may bring food to eat and beverages to drink.
  • All drinking fountains are closed, but we now have a bottle-refill water station.
  • Eat and drink in designated areas only; limited seating is available.
