Art of the Plant

May 10 – October 14

A visual feast of flora!

Admire botanical art like you have never seen it before. This beautiful show features native plants from across Canada.

Canada’s leading contemporary botanical artists portray plants with both scientific accuracy and artistic expression.  Their art carries unique power to communicate the importance of plants to our world.

With this exhibition, Canada is joining the 24 other countries that are presenting concurrent art exhibitions about plants that are indigenous to their home region.

All exhibitions open worldwide in May 2018. The project aims to link people through plants and create awareness of Earth's precious plant diversity.
