See hundreds of belugas gathered in the Arctic. Learn more.
Each summer, about 2000 whales pass through a bay on a remote Canadian Arctic island. The traffic lasts for about a month, and it happens nowhere else on Earth.
A couple hundred whales will cluster at a time in the shallows of an estuary, enjoying the warmth from the river water, socializing and shedding skin.
It's a truly unique sight!
